  • Private Session

    A one-on-one session combining mat work and exercises on the Pilates resistance equipment. This is ideal for clients with specific injuries or special needs or for anyone who wants one on one support. This allows a greater focus on the individual and their particular needs and goals.

  • Small Group Session

    Each group comprises of a maximum four people. Clients have their own program and work on a combination of exercises on the Pilates resistance equipment and mat work.

    A program will be developed for your specific needs. An initial assessment will determine your movement ability, specific weaknesses and postural problems. Please see available times below.

    All sessions are one hour.
