ABOUT PILATES ALIVE
Pilates is a low impact exercise method based around abdominal strength. By working the deep postural muscles of the body, you increase your functionality and ease of movement. Pilates is an ideal form of exercise to ease back pain and strengthen postural muscles that support the spine.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Esther Mooney has been interested in movement all of her life, ranging from her dance background to her experience as a Pilates Instructor. Esther completed a Bachelor of Dance at Western Australian Academy of the Arts before doing Post Graduate studies in the Pilates Method. Esther loves working with people and seeing the results that Pilates based movement therapy brings. Esther has a special interest in rehabilitation and has vast experience working with clients ranging from dancers and athletes to those with chronic pain.
